Is Clinic Sites HIPAA compliant and is a BAA required?

Clinic Sites does not store or transfer any patient data, and as a result, we are not required to be HIPAA compliant. Since we don’t handle protected health information (PHI), there is no need for our customers to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when working with us.
