It can often be challenging to finalize the last few steps before you pull the trigger and finally launch your website. We wanted to help you with a few tasks you can go through to make sure everything is ready for your customers.

  1. It's OK to launch early!

Google and other search engines take a minimum of 2 weeks to start directing traffic to a new website. You will want to launch a new website ASAP to ensure that you are showing up in search engines when customers start searching for your business.

  3. Unpublish Pages that aren't yet complete.
  4. Hide Menu Items of sections that aren't yet complete.
  5. Add unique Page Titles and Meta Descriptions for each page.
  6. Add Alt Text to images.
  7. Ensure the site is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

To make a website visually accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, focus on clear, high-contrast text and background colors to improve readability. Consistent layout and intuitive navigation help users orient themselves on the page.

  8. Set up redirects (only needed if you are switching from a website that is already live).
